What kind of home environments are your company's main products suitable for?
Our products have a very wide range of adaptability. Hydraulic and traction home elevators are suitable for villas or duplexes, requiring only a small shaft space or even no shaft construction required for installation; chairlifts are designed for homes with stairs, running along guide rails and not occupying stairwell space.
How do you guarantee that exported products meet the safety standards and voltage requirements of the destination country?
All our exported equipment adopts international design standards. Different certification options can be selected according to the requirements of the destination country, such as CE certification, EU EN81-41 home elevator standard, or US ASME A18.1. The electrical system supports wide voltage customization (e.g., 110V/220V).
What is the difference between hydraulic elevators and traction elevators? How should I choose?
Hydraulic elevators have a simple structure, low requirements for top floor height and pit depth, stable operation, and high cost-effectiveness, suitable for lifting 2-3 floors. Traction elevators use permanent magnet synchronous motors, are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, have slightly faster operating speeds, a more aesthetically pleasing machine-room-less design.
Will installing the equipment require damaging the existing home decor?
No large-scale damage is required. The chairlift is fixed to the stair treads with expansion bolts, and the mounting holes are repairable; platform lifts mostly use an integrated aluminum alloy frame, requiring only a level ground for fixation; home elevators support pitless or shallow pit designs, and even top floors can be designed without a main machine room, preserving the original decoration style.
Which regions do your products mainly export to? Do you have local certifications?
Our products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions, including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. For different markets, we can provide international certifications such as CE (EU), ASME A18.1 (USA), CSA (Canada), and SAA (Australia) to ensure that our products meet the mandatory access standards for elevators and lifting equipment in the destination country.
What if there's no local agent? How are installation and maintenance issues resolved?
We provide one-stop export technical support: 1. Pre-testing of the entire unit and modular packing with numbered labels before shipment; 2. Provision of English installation drawings, video tutorials, and debugging software; 3. Support for remote video installation guidance.
